Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM254 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM254-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD3, OR4K1, and OR10T2. Each is linked with TMEM254 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM254-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM254 results are reported.
