TMEM238

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM238 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,357 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM238-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf95, COMTD1, and HOOK2. Each is linked with TMEM238 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM238-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM238 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM238 versus C10orf95 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM238→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM238) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
