TMEM209

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM209 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,052 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM209-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNPO3, NUP93, and NUP205. Each is linked with TMEM209 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM209-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM209 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM209 versus TNPO3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM209→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM209) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
