TMEM204

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM204 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM204-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and MEK1. Each is linked with TMEM204 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM204-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM204 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by TMEM204-low versus TMEM204-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM204→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM204) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
