TMEM201

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM201 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM201-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCC2, SUPT16H, and TOP2A. Each is linked with TMEM201 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM201-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM201 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM201→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM201) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
