TMEM19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 436 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP286, RNA5SP222, and RNA5SP20. Each is linked with TMEM19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM19-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP286 grouped by TMEM19-low versus TMEM19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
