TMEM18-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM18-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,934 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM18-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome organization, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with TMEM18-DT in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM18-DT-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM18-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chromosome organization grouped by TMEM18-DT-low versus TMEM18-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM18-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM18-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
