TMEM171

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM171 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 950 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM171-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-3, IGHD3-10, and RN7SKP286. Each is linked with TMEM171 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM171-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM171 results are reported.
