The most reproducible TMEM169-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPFIBP1, COL1A1, and COL5A2. Each is linked with TMEM169 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM169-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM169 results are reported.
