Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM151B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,636 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM151B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTX3, SYNGAP1, and RAMP2-AS1. Each is linked with TMEM151B in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM151B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM151B results are reported.
