Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM14C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,781 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM14C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD21P1, NDUFB8P2, and UBB. Each is linked with TMEM14C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14C-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM14C versus RAD21P1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM14C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM14C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
