Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM14C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,030 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM14C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metallopeptidase activity, Antigen processing and presentation via MHC class Ib, and Regulation of glutamate uptake involved in transmission of nerve impulse. Each is linked with TMEM14C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM14C-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM14C results are reported.
