TMEM139-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM139-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,016 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM139-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA biosynthetic process, Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, and Cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with TMEM139-AS1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM139-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM139-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA biosynthetic process grouped by TMEM139-AS1-low versus TMEM139-AS1-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM139-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM139-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
