TMEM134

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM134 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM134-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-35P, RNY4P3, and RNU6-728P. Each is linked with TMEM134 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM134-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM134 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-35P grouped by TMEM134-low versus TMEM134-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM134→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM134) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
