TMEM131

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM131 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,797 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM131-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSB, TSN, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with TMEM131 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM131-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM131 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM131 versus SSB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM131→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM131) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
