TMEM131

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM131 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM131-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRP9, KIF2C, and NAMPTP2. Each is linked with TMEM131 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM131-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM131 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRP9 grouped by TMEM131-low versus TMEM131-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM131→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM131) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
