Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM131 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,274 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM131-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Golgi vesicle transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with TMEM131 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM131-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM131 results are reported.
