TMEM125

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM125 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM125-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRID2, OR2AK2, and SLC25A24P2. Each is linked with TMEM125 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM125-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM125 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM125 versus GRID2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM125→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM125) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
