Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM117 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,254 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM117-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TWF1, ARHGAP29_S949, and ARHGEF11. Each is linked with TMEM117 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM117-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM117 results are reported.
