TMEFF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEFF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEFF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP17, NPM1P28, and MIR4510. Each is linked with TMEFF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEFF1-to-partner and partner-to-TMEFF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS3AP17 grouped by TMEFF1-low versus TMEFF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
