TMCO4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,241 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC2, DHRS3, and CPED1. Each is linked with TMCO4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO4-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCO4 versus WFDC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
