TMCO4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,929 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, NACAD, and RN7SL822P. Each is linked with TMCO4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO4-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by TMCO4-low versus TMCO4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
