TMCO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,091 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAMP3, DCAF8, and BROX. Each is linked with TMCO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO1-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCO1 versus SCAMP3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
