TMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,685 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01957, IMMP1LP2, and OR7E149P. Each is linked with TMC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC1-to-partner and partner-to-TMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01957 grouped by TMC1-low versus TMC1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
