Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM7SF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,352 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TM7SF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH6A1, HSD17B8, and ABHD4. Each is linked with TM7SF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM7SF2-to-partner and partner-to-TM7SF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TM7SF2 versus ALDH6A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM7SF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM7SF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
