TM7SF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM7SF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM7SF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FECHP1, RNU4-53P, and OR5L1. Each is linked with TM7SF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM7SF2-to-partner and partner-to-TM7SF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FECHP1 grouped by TM7SF2-low versus TM7SF2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM7SF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM7SF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
