TLR9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSKIP, PLTP, and BNIP3L. Each is linked with TLR9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR9-to-partner and partner-to-TLR9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSKIP grouped by TLR9-low versus TLR9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
