Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLR9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TLR9 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TLR9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLR9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, SKCM, and KIRC are the cancer types where TLR9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
