Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KNG1, STRA8, and OR1L6. Each is linked with TLR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR5-to-partner and partner-to-TLR5 results are reported.
