TLL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,694 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP3-EIF4A1, MYO19, and EMID1. Each is linked with TLL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLL2-to-partner and partner-to-TLL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SENP3-EIF4A1 grouped by TLL2-low versus TLL2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
