Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,852 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TLE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIRBP, NPDC1, and CYP20A1. Each is linked with TLE5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE5-to-partner and partner-to-TLE5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE5 versus CIRBP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
