TLE5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1014P, RNU6-664P, and RNU6-812P. Each is linked with TLE5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE5-to-partner and partner-to-TLE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1014P grouped by TLE5-low versus TLE5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
