TLE5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLE5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,510 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACTIN, NDUFS7, and CSNK1G2. Each is linked with TLE5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE5-to-partner and partner-to-TLE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE5 versus CACTIN in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
