TKT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TKT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,060 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD91B, MTCYBP5, and PABPC1L2B-AS1. Each is linked with TKT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKT-to-partner and partner-to-TKT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD91B grouped by TKT-low versus TKT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
