SNORD91B

associated omics data
Gene

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored SNORD91B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. SNORD91B expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, SNORD91B is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, SNORD91B RNA expression shows 14,204 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight COAD, BLCA, and LSCC as cancer lineages where SNORD91B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes SNORD91B survival associations across molecular data types. SNORD91B RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (20). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible SNORD91B RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High SNORD91B expression shows unfavorable associations in COAD, PCPG, UVM and LGG, but favorable associations in STAD and BRCA. The COAD Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .005). Together, the overview and detailed table identify COAD as the clearest survival context for SNORD91B RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for SNORD91B. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. SNORD91B shows lower tumor expression in THCA and higher tumor expression in BLCA, UCEC, LIHC, READ and KIRC. The BLCA box plot shows higher SNORD91B RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.458, t-test p = .012).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with SNORD91B in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, SNORD91B shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with LSCC recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
