TK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,152 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC4, PAPOLA, and BCLAF1. Each is linked with TK2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TK2-to-partner and partner-to-TK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TK2 versus RFC4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
