TIRAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIRAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 755 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3675, RNA5SP210, and PINCR. Each is linked with TIRAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIRAP-to-partner and partner-to-TIRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3675 grouped by TIRAP-low versus TIRAP-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
