TIPIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIPIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,264 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIPIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC9, MCM2, and MCM2_S27. Each is linked with TIPIN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPIN-to-partner and partner-to-TIPIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN versus DNAJC9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
