Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIPIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,565 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRC1, UNG, and CDCA5. Each is linked with TIPIN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPIN-to-partner and partner-to-TIPIN results are reported.
