Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIPIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,524 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIPIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and Regulation of mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with TIPIN in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPIN-to-partner and partner-to-TIPIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA replication initiation grouped by TIPIN-low versus TIPIN-high in BONE.
