TIMM9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,312 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, NAA35, and ZC3H14. Each is linked with TIMM9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM9-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM9 versus MTHFD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
