TIMM50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM50-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3198-1, BCRP6, and CHEK1. Each is linked with TIMM50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM50-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3198-1 grouped by TIMM50-low versus TIMM50-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM50→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
