TIMM44

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,346 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM44-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA1, RNU6-542P, and MIR582. Each is linked with TIMM44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM44-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPACA1 grouped by TIMM44-low versus TIMM44-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM44→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
