TIMM10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,236 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUSD1, ARPC2, and UBE2L3. Each is linked with TIMM10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM10-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM10 versus SUSD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
