Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,483 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIGD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P5, MIR4774, and RNA5SP93. Each is linked with TIGD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD4-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P5 grouped by TIGD4-low versus TIGD4-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
