Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGAR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,847 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE2, CD86, and FCGR1A. Each is linked with TIGAR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGAR-to-partner and partner-to-TIGAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR versus ADGRE2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
