Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIGAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4253, RNA5SP533, and OR52Q1P. Each is linked with TIGAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGAR-to-partner and partner-to-TIGAR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4253 grouped by TIGAR-low versus TIGAR-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
