Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGAR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with TIGAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGAR-to-partner and partner-to-TIGAR results are reported.
