Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIGAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,857 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGAR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of pentose-phosphate shunt, Regulation of pentose-phosphate shunt, and Regulation of NADP metabolic process. Each is linked with TIGAR in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGAR-to-partner and partner-to-TIGAR results are reported.
