Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,614 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADCY4, SIGLEC6, and FILIP1. Each is linked with TIE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIE1-to-partner and partner-to-TIE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIE1 versus ADCY4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
